AltroClean 48W is specially formulated to clean Altro rubber flooring and Altro smooth vinyl floorings. It may also be used for Altro safety flooring where these are not required to provide maximum slip resistance as AltroClean 48W contains a special wax and will reduce slip resistance.
Where slip resistance is important, AltroClean 44™ is the preferred cleaning agent. It is the responsibility of the building owner to assess the appropriate level of slip resistance in all areas.
Method of use (one):
1. Sweep the floor.
2. Add AltroClean 48W to clean, warm water; the dilutionrate depends upon the degree of soiling.
3. Apply with suitable equipment such as a deck scrubber orsimilar, or preferably a machine fitted with medium duty pads (brushes for Altro Nuvola Stratus studded rubber) and leave for several minutes for the cleaner to attack the surface soil.
4. Remove excess liquid then buff to a shine if desired.
Method of use (two):
1. Sweep the floor.
2. Apply a fine spray of cleaner (dilution 1:40).
3. Use a machine fitted with fine pads (brushes for Altro Nuvola Stratus studded rubber) and buff to a shine.
Dilution rate
Regular maintenance: Use 1 part AltroClean 48W to 40 parts clean, warm water. For heavily soiled floors; Use 1 part AltroClean 48W to 10 parts clean, warm water.
