How to Clean Altro Flooring
Altro Flooring is easy to maintain with the correct knowledge and tools. This post will help you to maintain your Altro flooring, ensuring it upholds the non-slip coating for as long as possible.
1. Floor Condition
Firstly, you need to evaluate the current condition of your flooring. This can impact which product you will need to purchase to begin the cleaning procedure. If your flooring is in clean, well-maintained condition, please proceed to step 3. If your flooring is heavily soiled or has not been properly cleaned for a long period of time, please proceed to step 2.
2. Heavily Soiled Cleaning
Altro 44+ is the heavily concentrated version of Altro 44 Cleaner and should be used to restore the condition of the flooring as much as possible.
3. Regular Cleaning
Altro 44 is used for regular cleaning on your Altro flooring. The regularity of the cleaning can depend on how heavy the traffic is on the flooring, as they will need to be cleaned more often.
4. How to Clean
After selecting the appropriate cleaning chemical from above, the cleaning procedure should follow the following recommendations.
- The floor should be swept initially to remove any dust, dirt and debris.
- Use a standard mop to apply the Altro 44 solution to the floor, at a suitable dilution rate as per the label.
- Use a deck scrubber or Altro Pad to scrub the floor, we recommend using the MultiMop 30 kit to attach your Altro mop.
- Rinse the floor with warm clean water, removing the dirty water with a standard mop.
