Dispatch Information

Please note that dispatch times are in addition to the delivery time displayed at checkout.

Same Day

These products are generally in stock and ready to be dispatched the same day - for orders placed before midday weekdays. Should there be any unforeseen stock issues we will contact you before processing your order.

Available on Back Order

These products are generally stock products however on a few rare occasions we may run out of physical stock and we will be waiting on a shipment to arrive. If the product you are viewing is out of stock you can still place the item in your order and we will be in touch to confirm a dispatch date as soon as it arrives back into stock.  we are trying our hardest to get this back into stock soon.

2-3 Days

Dropship products will be sent via a direct delivery service when you spend over £75.  This means if you purchase over £75 worth of products you will receive your order in approx. 2-3 working days. If the value of your products in your basket is under £75 then the order may take up to 7 days to dispatch. We will maintain communication with you to keep you informed of your dispatch date

1-7 Days

Some items will require a special order to complete – if this is the case will be in touch with you to arrange your delivery – these items usually apply to any drop ship items such as dishwashers or ovens and require specific delivery instructions. Don’t worry we will be in touch to arrange this with you/
