How quickly will I get my Neville item(s)?
Neville items are dispatched within 24 working hours on a next day delivery service when the total value of the Neville product(s) in your basket is £75 or more. However, if the value of your Neville items in your basket is under £75, the Neville products can take up to 7 working days to be dispatched. Note that your basket value being over £75 does not ensure the next day delivery service, the value of the Neville products in your basket must be over £75. If your basket does not meet this threshold, you will see a warning message when reviewing your basket.
Can I order less than £75 worth of Neville items?
Yes, you can order less than £75 worth of Neville items, however your items will not qualify for an instant dispatch service. You will still be able to select a next day delivery service, however your items can take up to 7 working days to be dispatched. If your order also has other items from brands other than Neville, those will be dispatched as normal, usually within 24 hours.

I would like to set up a credit or trade account, how do I go about doing this?

I already have an account, can I order online at our agreed prices?

I want to order online only, but I order large quantities, can I get reduced pricing?
Our new website enables us to offer bespoke pricing to customers who order larger quantities or very regularly from us. If you think you qualify for this service, please contact us by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling our sales team on 01664 566599.
How long will my delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders for stock items within 24 hours. The delivery time will vary dependent on the service you choose at checkout. For non-stock items, dispatch times will range. Our handy estimate widget indicates roughly how long your item will take to be dispatched, however to get an accurate dispatch time you can call us on 01664 566599 to confirm the live stock status.
How much will delivery cost?
Please see the following for delivery charges:
- 2-5 days economy - £5.99 – FREE on orders over £50
- 1-2 days standard - £7.99 – FREE on orders over £100
- Next day delivery* (any value basket) – £9.99
*orders taken before midday will be delivered the following day. Orders after midday will be delivered the following day.
If you need weekend delivery, this can be arranged. However you must contact us first to get a cost.
Who will deliver my order?
We have our own fleet of vehicles delivering every day throughout the Midlands. Outside of this area, we use one of our partner carrier companies. For certain orders of heavy equipment, or larger orders, delivery may be arranged direct from the manufacturer in order to get it to you as quickly as possible.
I need next day delivery, but it has passed midday, is this possible?
Under normal circumstances, the cut off for our next day delivery service is midday. If you are placing your order after midday and need next day delivery, please call us on 01664 566599 to see if we can help.
My Delivery was damaged or hasn’t arrived, what can I do?
As you can imagine we do our utmost to package goods as safely as possible, however, due to the fragile nature of many of our products there are occasional breakages.
If your goods are delivered by our own drivers they will, in most cases be able to resolve it at the time of delivery.
For deliveries via a carrier, please accept the delivery and inform us of any discrepancies within 24 hours of the delivery by telephoning our Customer Services Team on 01664 566599 or via email on email@example.com. If you haven’t received your delivery within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we can monitor the tracking.

Will I get spam if I provide my contact details to you?
We never share you detail unless we are required by law to do so. If you wish to be removed from our newsletter please Email us stating that you wish to be unsubscribed from our service. Our newsletter service is an occasional service and we only use it to inform you of limited special offers, new products and items we genuinely believe you will be interested in.
I am placing a large order, how do I know you have the depth of stock to fulfil my order?
We have large amounts of stock in our warehouse and are able to fulfil most online orders instantly. We will contact you using your provided details if there are any issues processing your order with a lack of stock and will present your with your available options.
Can you provide samples of your products?
We are often able to provide samples for most of our product ranges, if you are interested in requesting one, please either Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call our sales team on 01664 566599.
Is it safe to provide you with my payment details?
We do not store or hold your payment details as the payment is completed via external methods such as Worldpay. Worldpay have the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, so you can be assured your details are safe.
I cannot see the product I need on your website; does this mean you don’t sell it?
We have an extensive range of products on our website; however, we also have thousands more products available that aren’t displayed online. As we purchase from hundreds of suppliers, there are products we have access to that we may not have purchased before that we can get for you. If there are any products you cannot find, or you want to know if we sell a certain product please get in touch with us and we will do our best to help you source it.
What are your opening hours?
We are open 8:00AM-5PM Mon-Thurs and 8:00AM-4PM Friday. Our sales support team is available throughout these opening hours and happy to assist with your enquiries. Please note that ordered will only be processed on the same working day if your order is submitted before midday, otherwise it will be processed the next working day.
